• Google Calendar: To read and create calendar events on your behalf.
• Gmail: To read, send, and organize emails as instructed by you.
• YouTube: To upload and manage videos on your authorized channels.
• Google Drive & Docs: To access and manage documents as directed.
• Profile information: Name and email address for account identification.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we access solely to:

• Provide AI assistant functionality as requested by you
• Execute tasks you explicitly authorize (sending emails, creating events, uploading content)
• Maintain session continuity for your personal AI assistant
• Improve the quality and accuracy of AI responses

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

MILA GPT is designed with a local-first architecture:

• OAuth tokens are stored locally on your device or your private server
• Conversations and data do not leave your infrastructure
• We do not store your Google data on our servers
• All communication with Google APIs is done directly from your instance

5. Google API Scopes

Our application uses the following Google API scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar — Read and write calendar events
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify — Read and send emails
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload — Upload videos to YouTube
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive — Access Google Drive files

Access is granted only when you explicitly authorize it and can be revoked at any time via Google Account Settings.

6. Third-Party Services

MILA GPT integrates with third-party services including Google, Telegram, and others. Your use of these services is governed by their respective privacy policies. We only access data from these services when you explicitly authorize us to do so.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Revoke access to any connected Google account at any time
• Request deletion of any data we may have stored
• Access information about what data we process
• Opt out of any data collection
